Anthony Natividad is an innovative flute musician, craftsman, and storyteller through his music. He has been a featured nose flute artist on the Odyssey Channel's "America" series, has performed as an original musician and cast member of the award-winning theatrical production "Ulalena," and has served as a featured performer on many recordings. On his debut CD, his nose flutes allow people to feel the depth and light of their soul, lightened of their stress and burdens, to the present moment of being.

This CD features 12 songs gathered from classic albums recorded by the Sons of Hawai'i. These songs represent the music that has shaped Eddie Kamae's career as a singer, composer, arranger, band leader and 'ukulele virtuoso. Lorna Lim’s beautiful voice, her deep knowledge of hula, and her connection to the Big Island’s music tradition place her among Hawaii’s living treasures. Born and raised in the North Kohala district on the Big Island, she began playing music at an early age with her siblings and parents, an award-winning family musical group known throughout Hawaii simply as ‘The Lim Family’. Her sister Nani is one of Hawaii’s most renowned Hula teachers, and her Grammy nominated brother, Sonny, is one of Hawaii’s top slack key guitar players. Lorna’s performances have taken her throughout North America, Europe, and Japan.

Lorna recorded “Polinahe” for hula dancers, in a style that reflects her personal musical tradition.  The translation of the title - “poli”, meaning from the heart, and “nahe”, meaning sweet and pure - sums up Lorna’s musical style and the beautiful quality of her voice.
